I know it’s a radical concept, but you should be at peace with your body, and I want to get you there. Whether it’s migraines brought on by TMD, back problems brought on by bad shoe fit, or just accountability with a PT who can guide you with customized exercises – I can help!

The temporomandibular joint (TMJ) or jaw joint can be a cause of pain for many. I have advanced training in both the assessment and treatment of temporomandibular joint dysfunction and in cervical spine dysfunction and headaches. If you're suffering from unexplainable headaches, migraines that don't follow a trigger or pattern, grinding your teeth at night, I would love to evaluate you and give you the tools to give you peace of mind again.

Foot and ankle health is often overlooked. I use real time and video analysis of walking and running gait alongside a full top down bottom up evaluation to help improve mobility, control, strength, and avoid surgery where possible. If you have lower back problems, trouble finding comfortable shoes, have weak ankles that you're rolling all the time, or a strange limp, I would love to evaluate you and get you on your feet as painlessly as possible.

Sometimes the regular stretches just aren't cutting it as you get older, but I can evaluate you and give you some new exercises and bed hacks to make sure you're getting the most restful sleep possible. If you're waking up with a crick in your neck that doesn't seem to go away, getting random back pain or your muscles just aren't staying loose for some reason, we should talk!

Have a goal of getting back into fitness but don't know where to start? Need a running eval while training for the Boston Marathon? Into weight lifting and want to improve safely? Or maybe you just want a trained and licensed PT to give you the exercises you need to take your performance to the next level? I can provide injury resilience training and rehabilitation to keep you in the game, not on the sideline. I also provides daily modifications to WODs and collaborates with your coaches to allow you to train around injury.
